New Clients Always Welcome
Our contingency rates are highly competitive, but price shouldn’t be the deciding factor when you choose a collection partner. Results, service, and integrity matter more. The best measure of any agency is how likely it is to recover your money, and that depends on senior-level experience, negotiating skill, and accountability. This means our costs for small accounts preclude handling small balances on a commission basis until we have an ongoing relationship including larger accounts.
Large claims are our specialty. New clients can submit claims of $3,500 to $1M+ owed by a business. We do not handle consumer debt.
Smaller past-due accounts? Try the Recovery Advantage Plan (our Letter Series Package).
Small balances don’t work on contingency, but that doesn’t mean you should let them age. The Recovery Advantage Plan lets you act early, under the name of a powerful agency, with no commission cutting into the profit on your sale.
- $470, one-time (about $47 per account) for up to 10 business-to-business accounts with balances under $3,500
- Three letters or emails per account on our letterhead, sent in weeks 1, 3, and 5. We will do a search for the decision-maker’s name if you do not have it.
- Good for three years, so you place accounts as they go past due, rather than waiting until they are not collectable.
- No commissions. Your customer pays you directly, and you keep everything collected.
- A second series of firmer letters is available for any account still unpaid
Do the math. If you collect a $3,500 account in full, a typical 30% contingency fee is $1,050. The plan’s cost per account is about $47, roughly 1.3% of the balance, and you keep the rest. And you have three years to use the plan. We will also send you reminders periodically to check your accounts so you don’t overlook any without taking action.
The plan covers business accounts only, is paid by credit card, and is non-refundable. Results vary, and we can’t promise that any one account will pay.
